I am really scared about the prospect of Obama getting in - it seems marketing does work even for presidential candidates! I can see marketing 101 all over his campaign.

I am just hoping that people can eventually see he will say what the polls say he should say - he is phony - great speaker - but lousy for this country

You might not have noticed, but I am home. This is MY blog and I can whine about whatever I want to whine about. I stand by my opinion. The U2 laser light show was brought back from the dead in all its atiquity just to piggy back off of the success of U2 3D. I wasted an hour of my life that night and I'm wasting a minute of my life right now.

I moderate comments around here but I give people the benifit of the doubt and allow some comments that I don't necessarily agree with because I believe in discussing different ideas and learning. Try a comment like that again and it will get deleted faster than a pack of dogs on a 3-legged cat.

Now, if you want to tell me how you know the lasers and projectors are indeed the latest technology and prove it to me, I'm willing to listen and learn. That won't change my opinion that the show sucked, but at least I won't be throwing around a statement that isn't true. My guess is that it's still true until someone proves it to me otherwise.

That video you linked on their site looks great. And usually the audience makes a bunch of noise to begin with, the operator rarely has to ask for people to make noise because they are usually excited to be there, and the last song is an ENCORE, not just the last song. If the audience isn’t enjoying the show why the hell would they want an encore? U2 is rough show anyway because fans of the band don’t get into the shows as much as the psychedelic crowds. And what the hell do you know about technology? The lasers and projectors ARE the latest technology, if they disappoint you thats too bad, go home to your super technologically advanced life and stop whining about the Planetarium

If Obama wins it will rock this country for bad, perhaps some good, and in ways yet unkown.

It’s an interesting tactic. “If you can’t beat ‘em, join’em”. If we elect a president that is friendly to terrorist sentiment, perhaps the east and middle eastern part of the world will stop hating and bombing us!

I was watching “So you think you can dance” when i saw brett it honestly touched my heart so see such an amazing young man with so much love and drive to compete and to “represent” children with down syndrome. My little brother is also downs syndrome and i wanted to personally say thank you to the mother or brett and brett him self! that he is absolutely right that even though you have a disability that you can go a far as anyone no matter what!!!!
